Organize PDF

100% in your browser
No limits

Drop a PDF, drag pages to reorder them, then save. Files never leave your device.

How it works

  1. Drop a PDF into the upload area and wait for page thumbnails to render.
  2. Drag any page thumbnail to a new position. Released pages snap into place.
  3. Selected pages that moved get a colored outline so you can see exactly what changed.
  4. Click 'Save new order' to write the rearranged PDF.
  5. Download. The original file is untouched — you get a freshly-ordered copy.

Frequently asked questions

How do I delete a page?

This tool only reorders. To remove pages, use our Split PDF tool — click only the pages you want to keep and choose 'Combine into a single PDF'.

Does it preserve bookmarks and links?

Page-level content is preserved (text, images, fonts, links). Document-level bookmarks may break because they point to specific pages — re-add them if needed.

Can I undo a drag?

Yes — drop the page back in its original spot, or click 'Reset order' to start over.

Will the file size grow?

No — reordering doesn't re-encode anything. Output size is essentially identical to the input.

Is anything uploaded?

No. Rendering and rewriting both run in your browser via pdf.js (for thumbnails) and pdf-lib (for the rewrite).
