RectoPDF is operated by CSWon LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States (“we”, “us”, “our”).

RectoPDF provides PDF and document tools. The free tools run in your browser at no cost and without an account. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it beyond what the law permits.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

The free tools process your files locally in your browser; we do not receive or store them. You are solely responsible for your files and for keeping your own backups.

Paid (Pro) features and billing terms will be presented to you before you purchase. Where offered, subscription, pricing, and refund terms will be described at the point of sale.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CSWon LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service.

We may update the service and these terms over time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
